my frustration I just wanted to express my frustration with my order and service from last month. I ordered floating frames because I had some canvases I wanted to put between two pieces of glass to display and my online research showed that's what they were called. When my order arrived I was surprised to find that floating frames means something else on this website and of course I couldn't return them. So I was out $300. I also didn't receive all of the pieces to hang the other regular frames I had ordered and when I called, the woman on the phone didn't believe me at first and then never sent the supplies she promised. I bought them at Loews last week. I've worked with several online frame shops the last few years but this has been the worst experience.
Melinda, | caught me off guard. The four frames that I ordered all came in mint condition in a tidy manner. However, the largest floating frame for a 36” x 48” painting was a bit too large and the brackets wouldn’t work. Now I am left to make my own custom brackets to try to make this work. Considering this was a $350 frame, this caught me off guard.
Mark R., Edmonton | No instructions I am so happy with the 3 picture frames I ordered. I was a little leery because I measured myself and ordered online so I wasn’t sure if everything would work out OK but it was excellent! The only thing that I found was it did not include instructions on how to use all the mounting brackets that it came with and how to properly attach it to the picture frame.
Heidi, | WOW The poster mounting turned out beautifully!
Thanks so much.
